KoBD r6 Should Include...
With all the work, time and money involved in reaching tier 6 "God Walking Among Mere Mortals" I think it should provide something a little more distinguishable for that character.
While you are in a town or outpost your character should;
1. Character Aura: You should glow just like a boss.
2. Float: Just like a mursaat.
I think either of these ideas would raise TONS of interest in achieving this title and (more importantly) keep people playing.
This idea could also be implemented on other titles which has probably been covered but I'll address here anyway. These ideas would go for maxed titles only.
1. Drunkard: Always gain skill bonus for being drunk when applicable.
2. Sweet Tooth: Always have speed boost when in town or outpost.
3. Master of the North: When selected, provides appropriate area bonus regardless of what EotN zone you're in (Vanguard bonus when in Vanguard areas, Asuran bonus when in Asuran areas, ect.).
4. Wisdom: Ability to identify items without an ID kit.
5. Allegiance: Provides damage reduction when in kurzik/luxon areas, or... reduced prices from kurzik/luxon merchants, or my favorite... access to town ownership merchants in respective areas (Think about it, if you were r12 Kurzik/Luxon, don't you think you would be extended this courtesy if this world was real?).
Anyway, these are just a few ideas I had. I'd love to hear your ideas!

Yes, MOST titles don't need e-peen boosts, but titles like KoBD, Wisdom and Treasure Hunter do, as they are the most time-consuming titles. The GW system is currrently clearly biased towards PvP players who receive emote for ANY kind of title introduced.
AND please limit the PvP emotes in PvP areas! I don't want someone flashing their tiger at me unless I can flash my 'Dragon' (For Wisdom, just a suggestion) at them!

Dumb because you don't have any of those titles? Why are the ideas dumb?

I thought the aura idea would take the least amount of effort by the devs since everything is already ingame, they'd just have to turn it on.

This should be a reasonable request. It would also be a nice touch for a KoaBD rank spike.
I'd also think it would be cool if they added "My other char is a GWOMM" title to the account after you've gotten it on one
Just having all the bonus (GWEN and LB) activate when GWOMM is active too would be a really nice touch. Never forget to readd the title anymore Their affects only work in the areas anyways.
Like the idea of the Faction titles. It might almost motivate me to work on that title track again

You have to admit rewarding people that spent 1500 hours+ on a titles should have a few perks before GW2. Think it would be a nice touch.

"3. Master of the North: When selected, provides appropriate area bonus regardless of what EotN zone you're in (Vanguard bonus when in Vanguard areas, Asuran bonus when in Asuran areas, ect.)."
Would sign that if it is only available once you have the EotN titles maxed or if it gives you the bonus equivalent to the rank you have for the specific area title. Just cause I am lazy.

QFT...a lot of truth! You should have capitalized the "clearly" too, next to the "any" to include more fun/fail.
Let's count.
1) Hero
2)
3)
4)
5)
6)
7)
8)
9)
10)
Without counting the Zaishen title which is a cash title (how many PvP players have reached 100.000.000 balth faction compared to the amount of players that reached 50 mil gold? And the Zaishen Challenges are PvE aswell so don't call it a PvP only title.) there is a total of 10 PvP titles that have an emote. Unfortunatly 9 of them do not exist.
I can CLEARLY see how PvP players receive emotes for ANY title.

Getting existing PvE players to play more PvE is not how this game works. GWAMM being the title for unrepentant GW drones, their reward should be reduced rewards from the game, so they log out more and free up some server resources for the overwhelming majority of casual players.

No kidding lol. And with the advent of the Zaishen 'buy-an-emote' title I think it's about time r6 KoaBD also gets a unique emote.

Way back I also thought about the 'glow' thing too. My biggest gripe about the current title system is it's difficult to distinguish all the titles peeps are displaying (especially in highly populated outposts like Kamadan). This would be a quick way to make that distinction.
Also, the maxed title of any given track should be a different color (gold?) Again, this would be a quick way to see whether or not the title you're viewing is max or not.

Spot on. I am going for r6 KoaBD and I know this would definitely give me something a little extra to look forward to once I get there. And I'm sure others would have added incentive to reach God-status as well if there were a cool emote waiting for them there at the end.

While I like these ideas as well (a lot actually), I think we need to go with 'baby steps' here and hope ANet will focus on the max KoaBD emote.

Congratulations. You just made me lol irl. Why should time spent be catered towards?

The only PvP title that has an emote is the Hero title, which has the emote only because there were no titles during Proph only.
And it shouldn't take long to Sway your bambi.

BETTER IDEA! Remove the Hero title's /Rank. At the same time remove the Zaishen title's /Rank.

For the sense of accomplishment in the task you've done. I don't wear my titles at all but I still aim towards them for the sense of accomplishment.

0. I could agree with emotes, but not that.
1. Drunkard: I would agree with increased duration of drunkenness(Drunk more time drinking less), but not what you said.
2. Sweet Tooth: I would agree with increased duration of sweet rushes(Rush more time eating less), but not what you said.
3. Master of the North: This is an ACHIEVEMENT title, not a grind one. It is a reward by itself.
4. Wisdom: It already has benefits: Salvage bonus.
5. Allegiance: It already has benefits: Allegiance PvE Skill improvement.

I think emotes would upset the PvPers and their monopoly of emotes. An aura would be more PvE based since there aren't any bosses in the PvP realm.

Your suggestion would be unfair to those that have already maxed drunkard. my idea would benefit past as well as future max drunkards without exclusion.

Same as #2.

I don't see how my suggestion is less substantial.

I like my idea better especially since perfect salvage kits are now available.

Aside from SYS (which does not gain a bonus after r11) the kurzik/luxon skills are... okay. And given the effort necessary to reach r12, skill upgrade is hardly and adequate trophy, imo.
